CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please contact help@littlebumbums.com with all customer service related issues. We handle customer service issues via email only. Customer service team responds to requests within 24 hours. 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping in the United States? Shipping is FREE for you if: 

a) You make a rewards account (click the button in the bottom right of our homepage) 

b) Your order is $50+ or more

If you don't want to do either of those, we will add a small shipping fee to your order at checkout!

 

Orders ship from our warehouse in 3-4 business days. 

Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly. 

*Please note that there will be a delay in shipment if you use PayPal eCheck at checkout. It takes PayPal 3-5 days to process a PayPal eCheck and we can't fulfill the order until the payment clears. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as payment clears. 

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be charged $5 shipping in order to have your order re-sent.

 

Shipping to Canada? 

Free shipping to Canada on orders over $150.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY - HALLOWEEN

No returns/exchanges past October 1st for Halloween collections. All sales final after this date.

 

LABOR DAY SALE RETURN POLICY

All sale orders placed September 2, 2021 through September 9, 2021:

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.  No promo codes apply!

 

REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. 

Exchanges valid only for other prints available at the time of original purchase.

Optional paid priority is not refunded.

ORDERS BOUGHT USING A DISCOUNT CODE 

*Items purchased under a Buy One Get One (or buy two get two, etc..) type of promotion are eligible ONLY for exchanges (not returns). Exchanges for equivalent items are available if the item is new, unworn/undamaged, and with tags attached. Otherwise will be refunded at the promotion value.

*Promotions valid for specified day only. No price adjustments allowed.

 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation email is automatically sent when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not end up in your spam/junk folder, please contact us at help@littlebumbums.com so we can help you out.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Bamboo viscose is a very delicate fabric and must be handled with care. Most products can be machine washed inside out with like colors on gentle cold wash. Tumble dry low or line dry for optimal results. Avoid washing with rough fabrics (such as towels) or other garments with zippers, hooks/buttons, or velcro that can snag the soft bamboo.

 

Please follow the care instructions on each garment.
